A professional example of concept art.

But ugly to be honest. May not be your fault if it's just your job to realise somebody else's designs though. Composition wise you haven't done anything wrong, you've followed the rules; but still not particularly striking. again, it may have been difficult to to effectively translate these designs. I'm talking mainly about the top one, the bottom is better i think.

the smoke looks pretty damn cool, but kinda like you overworked it. not sure how you even did it -- looks like some sort of brush effect -- but if it's simply a matter of redoing that layer, i think it would look better if it was less sporadic and slightly more uniform, like it hasn't been lingering around for too long.

Otherwise, congrats on completing such a mammoth undertaking.
